Arm Balance Workshop

Calling all yogi’s wanting to take their practise to the next level! Are you ready for a challenge? Join our inversion workshop and level up your practise!

Date: Sunday 16th June

Time: 10:30am - 12:30pm

Investment: £25

In this 2 hour workshop you will gain a clear understanding of which steps you need to take in order to achieve different arm balances. You will not only gain the knowledge needed for these postures, but also the experience of what areas you need to engage. We will go through warm-ups, drills, and variations in order to achieve each individual pose. We will have time to break down tricky transitions so you can incorporate them into your practice.

Men's All Level Yoga

Perfect for beginners as well as men who have been through our 4 Week Yoga Programme. Each week you will be guided through the basic poses that form the foundation of all yoga. A simple but powerful set of poses that not only build muscle strength but improve suppleness, mobility and balance. Learn how to perfect each pose and start feeling the physical and mental benefits of stretching the muscles, while releasing tension from hips, hamstrings, back and shoulders.

Tuesdays at 8pm - 9pm

Whether you are a sportsman looking to diversify your activity, or ready to get up off the couch and improve your general health. This class is designed for all abilities.

Barnt Green Zen Den is thrilled to announce an enriching 3-hour yoga workshop designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul. This unique event combines the artful practice of yoga with the healing energies of Reiki and sound therapy, to create a revitalizing experience.

Participants will begin with a 75-minute session blending Hatha and Yin Yoga, which encourages both dynamic and passive practices. Yin Yoga’s longer-held poses target meridian points to enhance energy flow and deeply stretch connective tissues, fostering a calming energy. Following a brief break with provided snacks and refreshments, attendees will be treated to a 90-minute sound bath infused with Reiki, a universal life force energy.


Reiki and sound healing are renowned for their stress and anxiety-reducing benefits. These modalities promote relaxation, enhance the immune system, and improve overall wellness. Many participants report improved sleep quality, emotional release, and a profound sense of peace and calm.


Reiki practitioners Ngoc and Jess will guide you through this holistic journey. Both are adept at channelling universal life force energy to release blockages and restore balance, whether through direct hand placement or hovering just above the body. Their combined expertise ensures a powerful healing experience.
