Hello, I'm Ngoc and I discovered yoga in 2017 and very recently qualified as a yoga teacher. I believe yoga is for everyone. I am a relaxed yoga teacher aiming to create a welcoming, inclusive, environment for people to practice yoga.
My teaching will focus on alignment and effective breathing so you can enjoy the effects of the physical practice on your body, mind and spirit. In my classes, you are guaranteed a warm welcome and the opportunity to smile.

Hi, I’m Leminh and I started out as a Fitness Trainer & PT and have been practicing Yoga for many years in many different forms including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha & Hot Yoga.
I embarked on my Yoga Teacher Training 2017 and I am passionate about helping others try to achieve a sense of wellbeing and balance in body and mind. I will be teaching weekly classes including, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Dance Fitness
Hi, I'm Josie, I was born in South Africa and I have been practicing yoga since I was a teenager. In 2017 I completed my Yoga Teacher Training course, with the focus predominately being on Vinyasa and Yin yoga but with a background in Iyengar. I will be teaching beginner's and intermediate classes with a solid focus on strength building, I believe modern stress levels contribute to a large amount of health problems that can be improved though the regular practice of mindful yoga. I am also a singer songwriter and currently I live on a narrow-boat in the south of Birmingham, I find living this way brings me closer to nature and inspires my yoga practice.
Hi, I’m Naomi and I have over 20 years’ experience in Teaching & Fitness & a keen interest in Mindfulness. I fell in love with yoga when I started to practice over five years ago and in 2017 I completed a 200 hrs Yoga Teaching course and Rainbow Yoga London - to teach Kids Yoga, which I currently do in educational settings. I will be teaching a range of beautiful classes here at The Zen Den including Beginner’s Yoga and Family Yoga.

Hi, I’m Emma and I’m a certified BalletBeFit instructor.
For over 30 years, I have taught and trained in many dance disciplines. I spent many years working as a professional dancer and in 2005, I settled back in the UK, to focus on teaching. I am pleased to introduce my ballet inspired fitness sessions, which are specifically choreographed to meet all abilities. BalletBeFit classes are designed to improve posture, flexibility, strength, muscle tone and agility. A low impact, but intense, full body workout.

Hello, I'm Lin, I've been a fitness fanatic since my twenties, and after years of following HIIT programs and sweating it out in classes, I was introduced to Yoga and Pilates. I found my passion in Pilates and great music. I've found it was the right balance for me, between yoga-style moves and the high octane feeling of HIIT class. As a newly qualified instructor, I want to make sure my classes are fun and enjoyable while we work on toning up and getting stronger together. I hope to see you at one of my classes.
