Hi my name is Ngoc and my Yoga and Healing journey began in 2017, I started feeling low, had difficulty managing my energy and emotions, along with other perimenopause symptoms, I didn't want to go down the medicated route and had read that Reiki and Yoga could help, so I began practising Yoga and Meditation and healing through Reiki. I found the change to my physical and mental health so significant that I wanted to share the benefits with as many people as possible which is how the idea of opening my own yoga studio came about.


I wanted to create a compassionate environment for people to practice yoga. Everyone is welcome, all ages, abilities, backgrounds and body shapes. Here you’ll find a light and airy yoga space, free mat hire, therapy room, no fuss interiors, classes 7 days a week and of course our awesome teachers. Whether you’re a complete beginner or seasoned yogi, we have the right class for you.
